We had a wonderful time celebrating Claire’s birthday in Oregon with the grandparents. Her favorite part was us singing to her. I believe we sang, “Happy Birthday” 20 times during the day. It was a pretty low key day spending time with family. She loved her cake and balloons. Paul wanted to get her black balloons since she always says that is her favorite color but I had to draw the line at that.
Love this little girl! This weekend is her birthday party which should be a lot of fun. We will get our fill of four year olds!
We had a great time on our visit to Oregon. The kids enjoyed spending time with family while Paul and I had a great trip to Bend and Portland. The only downside is Henry decided to get motion sickness on the way to Eugene and vomited all over me multiple times on our second flight. Poor guy. At least we had a smooth trip back to NC.
