To celebrate our 30th birthdays my good friend. Laura, and I had decided long ago to go on a trip. We chose New Orleans since we both have yet to have gone there. Respective husbands agreed to watch kids(Thanks Ryan and Paul!) so we could have a nice weekend. It was a lot of fun. We walked, walked, and walked some more all around NOLA. We didn’t really hang out on Bourbon Street but spend our time walking through old neighborhoods, parks, and the French Quarter. It was a wonderful weekend and great to catch up with Laura. Much needed girl time. Maybe next year we can convince husbands to do another trip?
