It’s been a busy couple of weeks with soccer finishing up, basketball starting for Claire. Henry still is doing gymnastics and soccer and Cameron has not slowed down since starting to crawl.
Meema and Boopa came to visit for the weekend so Paul and I could go to dinner and celebrate our anniversary (It’s been a fast and wonderful eight years!). We also celebrated both of their birthdays and ate some yummy strawberry shortcake at Boopa’s request.
We then celebrated a windy, rainy, and so Oregon Halloween. Ryan, Laura, and Calvin came to visit for the weekend which was so much fun to have another trick or treater. We all lasted 15 minutes and a whole nine houses in the rain. The unicorn, dragon, dragon knight, and duck were pretty candied out the rest of the night.
Cameron celebrated his 10th month birthday and he is at such a fun stage.
- Such a talker. He blabs and blabs all of the time. It is cute because he uses hand gestures like he is trying to have a conversation.
- A big mover. He is moving around all of the time. He gets very frustrated when we close the doors to rooms and limit his access. I am not looking forward to when he can open doors.
- He can now pull up and cruise some. The look of determination is so strong in him wanting to walk like Claire and Henry.
- A people baby and a bashful flirt. Every time someone says hi, he just smiles and buries himself in the shoulder of who is carrying him.
- Since crawling his favorite find is outlets and plug ins. Oh the joy.
