We are a month into summer and so far it has been a lot of fun. Kids are enjoying the warm weather and swimming any chance they get. Henry is doing swim lessons and is now at the point where he is over confident in his swimming abilities, but thankfully has enough lessons under his belt to keep him afloat. Claire is loving the pool now that a few of her close school friends go swimming at the pool too. She is also doing a summer camp close by that she loves and requested to do an extra week. It’s just a good old day camp with singing songs, arts and crafts, and water fights. Henry would love to go too, but unfortunately only five and up can go so it’s a lot of parks for him while Claire is at camp. Cameron is happy to just tag along and is still trying to figure out what sleeping really is all about. Paul and I are pretty darn tired. Thankfully our perspective in that it is so short term is good. I do miss sleep though!
