After snowing about five inches Wednesday, it was freezing rain all night and then decided to dump another five inches yesterday. As pretty as it was, I’m happy to see it melting today. The kids loved the snow. Poor Paul is driving home now from New York because of the snow up there and flights being canceled. Not quite the birthday he was planning. Good news is that it is supposed to be in the mid 70s next week. Crazy North Carolina weather.
